Caring for someone with poor mental health?

Come along and enjoy the beautiful surrounding of the Horton Arts Centre and its cafe, for our event marking World Mental Health Day.

We will be running two presentations at this event, each running twice, so you will have the oppportunity to attend both, if you wish.

Neighbourhood Hubs:
Surrey & Borders Partnership (S&BP) will present on their recent mental health service changes to the new NHS Neighbourhood Hubs. This session will be presented by Jane Ozer, General Manager East Locality Managment Community, Surrey & Borders, and Joanne Britten, Carers and Co-Production Lead, Surrey & Borders

Tiangle of care/Carers Charter:
There will be a presentation on the Triangle of Care, the Carers Charter and other important matters relating to carer involvement in care plans, etc. This will be presented by Charde Davis, Action for Carers and Jocelyn Darville, Experience and Participation Project Support, Surrey & Borders

There will also be a market place of information stands from other mental health services and organisations, such as Mind Matters, Men’s Pitt Stop, Domestic Violence Support, Mary Frances Trust, Oakleaf Enterprise, and many others. You also be able to meet with ACS’s Home First team, and wider Mental Health Carers team.

You will be able to find out about the support available, as well as talk with our staff.

To attend, please add your details below.

It would help us if you were able to sign up, so we can manage numbers, but we will also welcome drop-ins on the day. Please do share this event with other carers, thank you.
